Do you really know what you're talking about...? The answer is no. Just to knock you off your pedistal.

1.)"Aaliyah" has gone mutli platinum, just as every single album she ever put out did, even her soundtracks. "Aaliyah" also debuted at number 2 when it came out.

2.) Her album (none of them)is definately not out of print, you could go to anystore and see it there. (The remark you made was just plaid stupid, no other word for it)

3.) Rolling Stone magazine gave the cd a perfect rating when it came out, before Aaliyah died.( You can go to their website and look it up) She recieved an array of positive responses from critics about this cd, again b4 she died

4.) If Aaliyah was a nobody artist as you profess then how come she was in a movie (Romeo Must Die) that was a hit at the box office in 2000 and Queen of the Damned (even though it wasn't the best movie) did well at the box office too because people wanted to see Aaliyah. She also had 7 movies in line. One was the remake of Sparkle, the Matrix 2 and 3 and a film called Some kind of Blue. So if people weren't feelin her or her style she wouldn't have had the opportunity to do or be involved in any of those things.

So please get your facts straight before you start talking especially when you don't even know what your talking about. If you don't like Aaliyah or her music, thats fine...but don't sit up here and just make up stuff. To anyone who reads these reviews, listen to the samples and decide for yourself if you feel it or not. Hopefully these facts will shut the haters up.
