What the hell is this? Some ignorant music studio mogul thought it would be a 'nifty' idea to take the younger brother of Backstreet Boy, Nick Carter, and give him an album of his own. Fortunately, I was neither foolish nor ignorant enough to purchase this album. But, I have heard 'musical' (if that's what you can call it) tracks from this album and seen a video or two kicking around MTV. This kid has no talent, no presence, and no future. This album seems to have been made to capitalize on the pre-teen/teen girl market which could care less about talent and musical ability as long as they thing they guy looks cute. Carter's voice sounds like a little girl's (and I mean this literally) and the songs he sings seem highly unlikely to have come from his mind. In the videos, he looks woefully out of place.. as if everything is being forced. I realize that he has managed to put out a sophomore album (before he's even close to being a sophomore in high school). Let's just hope that this is it for him. The era manufacture, pre-fab, pop tripe is fast coming to an end. When it happens, Aaron Carter will join the rest of the pop refugees at McDonald's Hamburger U.
