What An Overlooked Album!

This is by far the greatest ABC record ever recorded. It is so different from everything else they've ever done. After releasing their first album "The Lexicon Of Love" which included more of a straight edged NEW WAVE 80's sound. But, when they released this one they hung up the synths and took out their guitars and started playing some ROCK music.If you own any other ABC records they are not at all like this one. The major stand out tracks on this are "That Was Then But This Is Now", which was the first single released; "S.O.S." (the mellow second single), "The Power Of Persuasion", "Love's A Dangerous Language", "Unzip", the sexual song with a great sax riff and the instrumental title track "Beauty Stab". This album not only includes great guitars but great sax as well. If you see this pick it up. It's just a great rockin' album.
