A new refreshing sound from the crap nowadays

I justed picked up this album without hearing a single song on it because I had heard that they had been opening up for Hanson so I just decided to check it out. And am I glad I did! The lyrics here are so amazing, they're brilliant! My dad asked me who they were after hearing them and thought that they were some group from the 80's because they sounded so much like nothing today. I agree. They sound much more influenced by the Beatles (especially John Lennon)REM,and a lot of other groups from the past maybe even a little Beach Boys. My favorites have got to be: Blessed Imperial, this is defiantly inspired my the Beatles, No. 1 fan, also Beatles inspired, and Veterans' Day which has both really good lyrics and a rocking chorus. Everyone should really check this out, it's an album just waiting to be discovered!
