Concise and undeniable - best pop album in years.

The reviews on this page already cover everything. Yet I'm compelled to write anyway because just thinking about this album gets me all giddy. Wonderfully constructed pop songs interwoven with painfully unadorned ballads make for a completely satisfying musical trip that will leave those of you with a soul a little breathless. At least that's what I envision - I gave my soul to Aimee Mann several years ago, so its hard for me to say - I'm more consumed with wondering what she's doing with it - I wonder if it even got to her, actually, what with the postal system we have. Anyway, this is hands down the best pure 'pop' album in the last nine years and you really are cheating yourself if you don't give it a listen.
