The definition of country music

As an avid fan of Alan Jackson, I was thrilled to hear him sing 'Pop a Top' at the recent country music awards. I had no idea, at that time, what his new album was going to be and bought "Under the Influence" as soon as it was released. I am extremely pleased with this album! I have always looked at Alan's music as the definition of country music, with very few exceptions. Thumbs up to the guts it takes to make an album like this in the current market of Pop Country. Let's hope that Alan Jackson's "Under the Influence" influences a few more of todays talented artists. The old standards are alive and well, and worthy of being freshened up. Let's support this album for the sake of Country music. Best of luck to Alan Jackson for great success. I know this fan appreciates his talent and efforts toward keeping country music true.
