What a Jagged Little Pill

Let me just say this: I love this album. Oh, my god. I love this album. Some of the songs that Alanis wrote shocked me. It made me smile. It made me sing and scream along with her while nodding my head to the AWESOME music or dancing and jumping on my bed. It made me feel her anger and pain. Seriously, when I think about what she writes, I feel bad for her. But I also feel happy that she's offered us such an amazing and speechless talent. That she's sharing with us some or all of her deep personal experiences or feelings that she has had. I respect her a great deal.

Out of the fourteen songs on this album (including the alternate take of You Oughta Know and the hidden song that makes me cry every time I listen to it, Your House) the only one that I did not like was Mary Jane. The rest are ... just simply amazing. I can't describe in words perfectly how much I love this album. It IS one of the best and it won I-don't-know-how-many awards. Seriously, this is an album to own. I find that many people, including me, can really relate to it, to her.
