I don't care if people think she misses a few notes or blends the words together when she's singing. This is a masterpiece. All of her songs are written in under 15 minutes, and she tries to get the point of music across - this is how she feels at this very moment, and she's putting notes to it. Her lyrics are simple and her tunes are easy to hum. Her music is raw, unedited, and that's the way music should be. It shouldn't be tweaked so it sells more copies, because then it becomes the editor's version of her music. This is a person, just like everyone else, who can play the guitar well and has a sweet voice. She's not trying to sell you a corporation, she's trying to sell you her thoughts. Most importantly, this album proves her passion for her music. It's very gentle and light music, and as you look back upon the day you bought this CD, you'll be saying to yourself "They just don't make music like that anymore."
