I recently purchased all three full Alanis Morissette CD's (Jagged Little Pill, Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie,and Under Rug Swept). I was very impressed with Jagged Little Pill and Supposed's musicality. However, I find Under Rug Swept to be her strongest display of creativity as of yet.
Morissette displays an amazing control of her voice (notice how she can change is in Narcissus and So Unsexy). She also is one of the greatest lyricists of recent days.
