I don't speak Spanish and I love this CD

I have been listening to Spanish music for a couple of years now, trying to pick up bits and pieces of the language with minimal effort on my part. I have the standard Marc Anthony, Jon Secada and Ricardo Arjona albums, but nothing has touched me quite the way this album does, even though I can only catch the meaning of a phrase here and there. I can feel the poetry and emotion in Alejandro's songs and I am completely in love with his voice. My favorites on this album, and it is really hard to pick them, are "Y, Si Fuera ella?", "La Margarita Dijo no" and "Un charquito de estrellas" The melodies are complex and may take some getting used to, but they are incredible. Don't hesitate - buy this CD - you won't regret it. I will be buying all of his music, and may just have to break down and take some Spanish classes!
