Hey folks!
Here is your local minister again!Out of all the artists I follow Alice Cooper has never disappointed me. He always keeps his music and style current with whatever is popular while at the same time giving it that one of a kind Alice feel! The Eyes Of Alice Cooper however is a bit of a wrench in the works, he seems to have taken a step back in his career! (this is a good thing!)From the first track it sounds like you were back in 1976! Its all here, songs of the twisted straight laced majority and the path to destruction like in the song Man Of The Year to gold solid hardrock like on the song Detroit City. And my favorites the creepy Cooper stuff like This House Is Haunted. The production is great because it has been kept very basic and uncluttered grage band stuff! Most of all I think I love Alice's work so much because unlike bands like Kiss he works to keep new stuff out there he keeps it new and in your face!If you are new to Alice or like me a Lifer this is a must buy! And get 2 copies cause you will wear one of em out!!
