what a waste of talent....

The band's downward spiral continued and hit a wall with this cd. I am glad, as a band, that this was their last studio release. Jerry Cantrell's solo stuff is excellent and shows that Layne was a constant strain on the creative process. It must have been difficult to see a bandmate headed for destruction and not be able to help. They could have been one of the best if they could have stood the test of time.
