This was AIC final studio album and it picks up where DIRT left off. Many of the songs have the dark haunting feeling to them that was a trademark of AIC sound. The songs are hard and heavy and that goes hand in hand with their dark sound. Some people seem to have been turned off by this album, but it left me wanting more of the band which sadly we will never be able to see together again. GRIND, BRUSH AWAY, AGAIN, HEAVEN BESIDE YOU, OVER NOW, SLUDGE FACTORY are the songs that I find myself listening to over and over again. I like the intro to HEAD CREEPS and musically I think to song rocks, but the vocals at the beginning are somewhat hard to take. SHAME IN YOU has that classic dark haunting sound which makes it a decent song to listen to. GOD AM is also a heavy, dark sound that when given time the listener comes to enjoy, hard to take the first time. SO CLOSE and NOTHIN SONG are also good songs that the listener will enjoy. The same goes with FROGS. All in all this is a very good album that shows once again that AIC was a band that mattered and made a huge impact on music.
