This album is not nearly as good as anything else they've done, but it's damn good. Jerry Cantrell indulges in too many multi-guitar parts, but it does keep the full sound of the band. I like that they changed the production; this album sounds dirtier, like what Nirvana did on In Utero. Highlights are Head Creeps, Heaven Beside You, Sludge Factory, Over Now (electric version) and God Am.
