And if your not on day just go out and pick up this cd then come home and put it on and let it play and just sit down in the best spot in the house and just blast it. Belive me when i have a bad day i come stright home and i put this on and it macks me feel better. Every house hold should own a cd by ALICE IN CHAINS.
