Entrancing music that catches you & doesn't let go!

I first encountered Alice In Chains by hearing their track "Would?" on the Singles soundtrack. Based off that incredible song alone, I moved on to buying AIC's Nothing Safe: The Best of the Box. Although a few of the lyrics disturbed me, AIC had an enchanting, dark sound that I just couldn't ignore.

I then moved on to Jar of Flies, and now I'm hooked on AIC. This album is absolutely fantastic! For a short CD (my only disappointment), it has everything from kick @** rock to beautiful melodic tracks. There's an instrumental that's to die for, and the blues-heavy tracks just blow me away.

My favorite tracks (while there aren't any bad ones) are:

1) Whale & Wasp
2) I Stay Away
3) No Excuses
4) Don't Follow

I'm going to have to buy more AIC after listening to this album--there's just no getting around it!
