Ya de entrada la guitarra de J.Cantrell impone un ambiente que matiza todo un disco lleno de emotividad y sentimiento. Y es así como va pasando cada tema, finamente arreglado para la ocasión,y en donde queda en evidencia otra vez el talento natural de todos los músicos en escena. Partiendo por Leyney Stanley, con una voz desgarradora, disfrutando del show de manera íntima con sus ojos cerrados. El mismo señala al finalizar una canción que "este es el mejor concierto que ha hecho" en la historia de Alice in Chains. Quizás la banda siempre tuvo el deseo de grabar sus temas rockeros en un formato más acústico, y cuando se dio la chance, queda en evidencia que no la malgastaron. Lejos, el unplugged mejor realizado por una banda de rock en la historia de MTV.
