She Sings like an angel

Alison Krauss sings like an angel. She has a very pretty unpretentious voice that when she delivers the lyrics, you believe in what she is singing. Her collection, Now That I've Found You is one of our picks for the best of the 90's. This CD is a great follow-up, featuring excellent production, simple but elegant playing and Krauss's voice. The song selection is superb as she has picked stuff from a variety of very talented writers. Todd Rundgren, Michael McDonald, and Hugh Prestwood to name a few. When listening, try "Stay" (tr#1), "It Wouldn't Have Made Any Difference" (tr#3), and "Dreaming my Dreams with You" (tr#11).
