Well, what else can really be said? This album is great! Putting King and Clapton together for a project is bound to stir something up, and that's definitely the case here! Anyone who has said that this album lacks passion is either deaf or stupid (or both). While it's true that the advancement of time and age may have taken their toll on them somewhat, neither of them have lost one ounce of the edge and fire that has made them living legends. Interestingly, King in particular digs out an old chestnut or two from his past, such as "Help The Poor", a little-known gem from the classic "Live At The Regal"; the absolute highlight of this album is the superb vocal and guitar showcasing exchanged from both on "3 O'Clock Blues", which was King's first hit record in the early 50's.

The guitar playing and vocal delivery from both King and Clapton are outstanding, but at times, King's voice is a little raspy. This is very small criticism, when you consider that King still to this day plays in excess of 300 shows a year, records, and so forth--a standing tribute to a 77-year old living legend, God bless him! Let's see any of today's young whippersnappers try to handle THAT kind of schedule!
