Rock Spectacle was the first BNL album I bought and have since purchased Stunt, Gordon and Born on a Pirate Ship. Though all are good, none have been able to compare to the energy and style that comes across on Rock Spectacle. Every track on Spectacle displays the best version of that song which is undoubtedly why the Barnaked Ladies achieved their fame on stage rather than in the studio.
