I own all four (if you include the duet with Tim Reynolds) live albums, and I would argue that "Listener Supported" is the best yet. While "Red Rocks" (my previous favorite) housed a more playful--for lack of a better word--sound, "Listener Supported" had a way of bringing the music to a new level. It seemed as though there was some special meaning behind this particular day that made the words come alive. I think the Dave Matthews Band has reached a new height and once again has had the power to surprise me.
