Not a bad release from DMB. I like how this release contains some of their newer stuff. Let's break down each song. DISC 1 Intro-Not a bad start, a bit long for an "Intro" though...Pantala Naga Pampa-Excellent, much better than PNP on Before These Crowded Streets...Rapunzel-Isn't it amazing how much better a song sounds if you SLOW IT DOWN! You may need a cold shower after this one...Rhyme & Reason-This one surprisingly sounds worse when it is slowed down, a top-notch R&R can be found on Red Rocks...The Stone-One of the best versions around of The Stone can be found here...#41-I like the original version better, but Dave uses some nice guitar riffs to make this song a keeper...Crash Into Me-GET RID OF THE KEYBOARDS PLEASE! ....Jimi Thing-Love it, great work by Carter and Dave...#36-Big letdown, background gospel singers ruin this gem....Warehouse-Intro is awesome, one of the best versions of this song DISC 2 Too Much-Not impressed, suprisingly the best version of this song is the one that the band and Timmy played on Letterman...True Reflections-OK,BUT maybe they forgot, but Boyd is the VIOLIN PLAYER, not the singer. Great effort shown though...Two Step-Tim Reynolds is the focal point of this song, and he is not on this version. 14 minutes is a little long, which is the length of this song...Granny-Love the little jam at the end, this is the best version of the song...Stay-Pretty nicely done, but again the gospel singers from hell ruin a great song...#40-Love it but why only 1:41?...Long Black Veil-This one has been growing on me for a while, I have grown to like it...Don't Drink The Water-This was a bad version of a not-so-good song...Intro To/All Along The Watchtower-Very good version of this Bob Dylan classic, but Recently still contains the gem. Hope you enjoyed the review. Can't wait for the new CD!
