Positives: E-40 has a style like no other. It's a very different experience to listen to him rap. I feel like I need a Pentium chip in my head to process what he's saying sometimes. Luckily, he includes the lyrics with the CD and slows it down a little for us sometimes. There are a few tracks that are pretty cool and have something special about them. "Seasoned" is a pretty funny track about how poor E-40 used to be. The way he puts it is what makes it really tight. "Ghetto Celebrity" on the other hand, includes 40's usual talk about drugs but the basic chorus gets my attention. It's the best chorus you'll hear on any E-40 album and with the cool music behind it, it comes out well. 40 makes sure to include a lot of features so your head doesn't explode while listening to the CD. Rappers like Jayo Felony, Fat Joe, & Too Short will give you your daily dose of more normal high quality rap.

Negatives: The production could be better. It's hard to tell what would work well with E-40's style but some of these tracks aren't too great in the production department. 40 could slow things down a little more often. His flow is impressive but understanding counts for something too. His album, The Element of Surprise, showed he has more potential than this and I hope his newest release gets him the superstar status he deserves.
