Superb Collection of Songs

The Eagles recorded most of their songs before I was even born, but their music will last forever. This is truly a classic album with classic songs. I really love bands like AC/DC and Aerosmith, but the music on this album is a nice change of pace from the hard-charging riffs of the Young brothers or Joe Perry. From start to finish, all the songs here are some of the best in rock history. Listen to the radio and you will probably hear all of these songs played at one time or another. That is how exceptional this album is. It's too bad "Hotel California" did not come until 1976, otherwise this album would be the greatest "greatest hits" of all time, unless it already is.
