There is not even one track on this album that is not worth your time. This album is Eminem's masterpiece from the very beginning until the end. What makes it unique in comparison to his later albums is the viewpoint from which it is written. Many of the tracks on the album are written prior to Eminem's coming to fame and truthfully portray his feeling of mere desparation and "blind rage". The Slim Shady Lp is not the sugar-coated type hip hop album, where you will hear non-sense stuff about blondes, cars and jewelry. This album is truly essential.
