Maybe I'm just biased because I've been a huge Enigma fan for 9 years now, but this CD is wonderful.

Enigma has this amazing ability to reach deep into your soul with their haunting, mysterious and beautiful music.

I highly recommend any Enigma CD for relaxation, for coreography, and meditation.

There are so many great tracks on this CD, including the famous "Return to Innocence", I can't really recommend one over another.
