An EC fan's dream come true!

This is a spectacular release. With only five previously unreleased cuts, one might expect it to be a rerun: everything you love about ECs music is packed into these two CDs, however. Twenty-five tracks of pure magic (not counting the bonus CD from "Best Buy", to the first 30 buyers, which contains four prev.unrel. jams, including two from 461 OB). Disc 1 contains a whopping 15 tracks of studio recordings, beginning and ending with Before You Accuse Me and a stunning version of Alberta presented simply by just Eric and his guitar. Disc 2 contains all live recordings, beginning with a nearly 13 minute rendition of Stormy Monday and ending with a prev.unrel. version of Further On Up The Road. Ten tracks are from "Crossroads 2" (released in 1996). If you don't own that recent box set then much of what's on these CDs will be new to you. This is a beautiful collection of early EC Blues. Buy it, you'll LOVE it.
