Bland soulless crap. A technically fabulous guitarist but boring as all get out when it comes to this album. There is no reason to buy this when you can buy the real thing for less. Perhaps if Mr. Clapton would try to do something original with the material it would be better. If you have to own a Clapton blues record, buy "From The Cradle". It's much better than this. For the record....Eric Clapton is not a blues guitarist. He's a rock guitarist who plays with a bluesy style. This isn't the blues. It's someone playing a blues song.
