This is definitely the band at the height of its powers and one of the most under-rated albums ever. The songs are deep and usually angsty but the aggression has a positive effect on their music, they define themselves more as a hard rock band in this album than pop metal. Musically they display the full range - from soft and melodic (Caralho Voador), to slightly quirky Mr Bungle style songs (Ugly in the Morning) to no holes barred screaming hard rock (Get Out) this is an eclectic, moving and highly rewarding album.
