GREAT PIPES, ZERO PERSONALITY

Like most of the other "American Idol" graduates, Fantasia has
a very good voice, and knows how to use it. Or should I say
OVERuse it. I'll admit she's better than most of the others,
but you really do get the feeling that these kids go into the
studio with no clue as to what they want to say, and that they
are PRODUCED down to the last melisma. I may be wrong, but that
is the impression you come away with. I wish her luck, she's
young and has her whole life to learn how to sing a SONG, as
opposed to HITTING THE RIGHT NOTES. Fantasia, you ARE talented;
now go use that talent in a compelling way!!
