Stop the madness!

I never understood why Fantasia was so popular during the AI competition and after listening to this CD single, now I'm really confused. Do Paula, Simon and Randy and the rest of the Fantasia supporters all need hearing aids. How much screaming can one take from this Macy Gray/Donald Duck soundalike. She is dreadful, as Simon would say. This American Idol competition was the absolute worst so far. It was, of course, going to be difficult to beat such great contestants as Kelly Clarkson, Clay Aiken, Kimberly Locke and Tamyra Gray. Now those four are some class acts who had excellent CD singles and follow-up CDs. This CD single from Fantasia is a piece of unlistenable garbage that simply gets on your nerves. I thought Reuben's CD was pitiful, but this one really belongs in the can. Diana DeGarmo's CD single is admirable and is worth a listen and certainly worth a buy if you like her. Fantasia should spare us from now on and keep her mouth shut. This year's AI was a ripoff. The contestant who should have had the winner's CD single this year was LaToya.
