Fear Factory's Best Work......

as a whole that is! Demanufacture may have two of Fear Factory's best songs Replica and Self Bias Resistor there are to many weak songs while Obsolete is a solid listen all the way through. There are some really good songs here Shock, Edgecrusher, Descent, and Freedom or Fire are all filled with driving riffs, pounding drums, and wide ranged vocals. Burton C. Bell has a very good voice that has great range. He could be growling one moment and melodic the next. All the songs are great and is enjoyable all the way through.

This isn't a Death Metal album if that is what you are looking for. Personally I don't think Fear Factory is a Death Metal band, more like a Heavy Metal band. However, this is an awesome album that can shake the very foundation of your house!
