STOP THE 'RUMOURS' COMPARISON

Comparing this album to Rumours is absolutely pointless. They are two seperate identities, two types of music individually. 'Tango In The Night' is a superbly orchestrated work of art. Unlike previous Fleetwood, it is synthesizer rich throughout and doesn't follow a pop music formula. I have owned TITN (and Rumours for that matter) since issuance and find it still as vibrant and entertaining as it was in the late eighties. A perfect album for a rainy windswept Spring night, the melodies are extremely soothing and soft on your ears. Every time I listen to it I get chills down my spine. Let this work stand on its own, because quite simply, it's beautiful.
