A Tragedy It Ever Happened!

Hot on the heels of the brilliant "Time" , the commercial failure of that album led to a knee jerk panic reunion of the Rumours line up! This was a bad idea as Nicks voice is past its best and she is clearly struggling both with her voice (Rhiannon was sung almost on one note) and her platform boots! The new songs are unremarkable and this is a classic example of why reunions are usually a bad idea! Lindsey Buckingham simply doesnt have his voice anymore either and it brings a lump to my throat to hear songs that I had learned to love butchered by aging stars who are no longer up to the job. It also cut off the army of newn fans the lovely Bekka Bramlett had brought to the group.
