Without Tony Yayo, G-Unit sucks. Even though he shows up on two songs, he was the original member of G-Unit(along with Banks), so they should've waited to release this. Instead they replace Yayo with this lil punk Young Buck, the somewhat Southern flava to the all East Coast rap group. While some songs work("G'd Up", "Stunt 101", "My Buddy", and "Groupie Love") others fail ("Baby You Got", "Footprints", "I'm So Hood"). Banks is the highlight of the album. 50 just sings and does his part on the verses, and Buck gives us his horrible solo song based on an actual prayer, "Footprints". Now the highlights.

"My Buddy" is a good song, where the buddy is really the crew's guns.

"G'd Up" has the best beat on the album(most are poppish). Nice verses.

"Stunt 101" is the first single and surprisingly the only good one. Good beat by Kon Artis of D12.

"Groupie Love" should've had The Game on it, considering it's supposed to have a West Coast feel to it. But this is the first of two songs Yayo is on.

Basically, Yayo and Banks are the only really good lyricists in G-Unit. Yayo provides gangsta humor, and Banks provides nice punchlines and street smarts. 50 sings on this album, which is surprising since his main diss at Ja Rule is that Ja sings on records(???).
