A Metal Masterpiece

Gamma Ray is led by the ever improving, stylistic and dynamic metal guitarist Kai Hansen, he has once again proved that Gamma Ray is one of the premier bands at the forefront of the European power/progressive metal movement. Kai weaves us through a futuristic tale of the secret society of the Illuminati, based in France, and there plan to contain the world under a one party rule: the New World Order. Kai Hansen's guitar work in this project is comparable to that on the album "Land of the free" and "Somewhere out in space.

Danny Zimmerman's is the best drummer in metal today. His work with Gamma Ray and Freedom Call is a masterpiece of sound as well as complex changes and shifts. Highlights of this album are the songs "the heart of the Unicorn", "Heaven or Hell", "New World Order", "Eagle", and "Lake of Tears". This is a must for any metal collection.
