I would give this album six stars if I could because this is a solid five stars not a rounded up five stars like a lot of albums are. Not only is their not a bad song on here there isn't even a weak song. From my experience this happens only about one in every hundred plus albums I buy or every five years, whichever comes first.

I love Shirley Manson's alto voice and her twangy, cynical delivery. The songs are well written and the musicians are very capable. The Music is sort of Pop/alternative/gothique. Heady stuff. And here's something else to look forward to, Version 2.0(the second album) is almost as good, as is the third release, Beautiful Garbage. Pick this up. It is an album that will entertain you for hours. Also Shiley Manson can be heard on Angelfish.
