I'd Like to review this album once again!
Review Score:

(10/10)
Hi! I Know I reviewed this cd before, but I have to do it again for the sake of 2 reasons. Reason 1: This cd rules, and Reason 2: I'm in love with Anneke. Since i last reviewed this album, I have grown to fall in love with the sheer beauty and atmosphere of this album. The mood it creates is simply awe-inspiring. Anneke is a Godess in her field. I call her the "Mike Patton" of female singers(being that she has amazing range and her voice seems to fit in very well with the music). I don't why i said before that the drumming was mediocre. I must have been angry that day for some strange reason. Though not possesing the greatest technical skills that I have come to enjoy on the other metal works of art I enjoy(Arcturus' La Masquerade Infernale, Emperor, ect ect.), I remembered that this was doomy music and not Black Metal, which tends to be very technical. I also said that you have to be in a "good" mood. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I SAID THAT! In order to truly capture the "mood" of this album, you have to feel depressed or in some way, down. The beautiful, but at times, simple chord progressions entwine with music beautifully, leaving the listener fully captivated and chilled by their simplicity. I also recommend Theatre of Tragedy,Anathema, Nightwish, and Sinergy. Thank you.
