When GC released The Young and the Hopeless, they became my most hated band. Not because they're "punk posers". I wouldn't know anything about that. I like metal, not punk. The reason I hated them, is because of how hypocritical, and self-inflating they were.

They would attack rich, and famous people. Meanwhile, they're rich, and famous! And, they made this really stupid song, about trying to get people, who were contemplating suicide, to not do it. The fact that they think that they have this much pull, over people's lives, is disgusting! Do they honestly think that their song saved people?! In fact, if you were going to commit suicide, heard their sh*tty song, and then didn't, you deserve to die!

Now, for this album: I will admit, that it is a good deal better than their previous one. The content is less ridiculous, and less stupid. But, that doesn't help their sound. They still can't play instruments. Their vocals are still whiny, and annoying, and they still pull their lyrics out of their asses.

You want a good punk album? Get Into The unknown, or No Control by Bad Religion (the only punk band I've ever really liked). Don't buy this. Your ears will thank you.
