All of you out there who complain about Good Charlotte not being punk etc, need to give it a rest. It isn't important what genre of music they are, but how well they sound as a band. "The Young and the Hopeless" is an excellent cd for those looking for something that covers a range of songs, from upbeat and happy, to a little depressing. This variation is what keeps the album interesting. Every song on this album is highly listenable, with the album having an overall feel of good quality music, not fillers. If you are looking for a rock/punk cd that you can listen to from beginning to end, look no further. Forget all the haters, buy it!
