The only reason I would give them 2 stars instead on 1 is because they tried something new in their music. That shows they are not manufactured pop like 99% of all the bands calling themselves punk these days. I try to like Green Day and will admit that some songs are catchy but they still annoy me. They are doing the overly hip thing and attacking the government on this cd. They really should stick with the basics. I won't say don't buy this because it's decent. I will say there are many, many better punk cds then this. Try the Ramones, Dead Kennedys or the Misfits. Again, not taking anything away from Green Day it's just that this has been done time and time again only better.
