ok first of all, what in the hell are people whining about green day selling out? With warning green day changed their sound, breaching into new territory (much like the clash for all you punk purists out there). Songs like misery and deadbeat holiday realy show green day can do soemthing other than simple 3 chord punk drivel. Warning is a much more intelligent album, billie joe and co realy expanding their sound. Some people have said the organ riff from misery was a rip off from some other tune, but alot of tunes sound the same (try comparing the chorus of rancid's "arrested in shanghai" to like a rolling stone!)
Warning: 7/10 but can get a little boring

blood,sex and booze: 9/10 a catchy tune proving they are still sticking to their "punk roots"

church on sunday: 6/10 a little pretentious bit a good tune

fashion victim: 10/10 i love this tune, it's a very poppy tune with alot of spite about the whole trendy punk thing

castaway: 9/10 my second favourite on this album.

misery: 10/10 excellent tune, new ground for green day

deadbeat holiday: 10/10 excellent tune, another clever change from their usual style

hold on: 5/10

jackass: 7/10

waiting: 6/10 a little light for my tastes

minority: 8/10 a realy good tune (i dont understand how people can love this tune and hate the rest of the album?!?!)

macy's day parade: 5/10 pretty average tune.

overall: 8/10 not as good as some of their previous stuff but by NO means a sell out, awful album or pop album.

buy this album! it IS worth it, that is unless you are a single minded fool... i mean the definition of "punk" is so broad now even (shudder) good charlotte can qualitfy!
