The second best Green Day CD

This album is second to Kerplunk! in my book. Green Day is the only punk rock band that has the ability to drive me to tears with a song. The song i'm talking about is "Macy's Day Parade". "Macy's Day Parade" talks about how in the end of everything you just need to keep hoping for something more. It drives me to tears every time I hear it. This is one of my favorite Green Day songs ever. The most different, different to anything else they've ever done even on indie releases, is "Misery". It tells an interesting story and is just so different from anything else. My personal favorite on this album is "Church on Sunday", it is a very sweet song that Billie Joe wrote for his wife Adrienne. This CD is very different than anything else Green Day has done. They have evolved and this shows it. Also, this (along with almost all of Green Day's music) was completely written by them, music, lyrics everything. They also produced this album. If you are a diehard Green Day fan i would reccommend getting the Limited Edition WARNING: I have that and the extras on the CD are worth the price.
