Bebe le Strange is one of Heart's finest albums. It is also the first without Roger Fisher,one of the band's founding members and the last with Mike Derosier and Steve Fossen, also founding members. Bebe le Strange is a mix of musical ideas from the instrumental "Silver Wheels" played by Nancy, to the rock/blues "Down on Me", to the ever popular "Even it Up" which features a Tower of Power horn section. All of these musical ideas are played with great virtuosity by Ann, Nancy, Howie, Mike,and Steve. Bebe le Strange is also a showcase for the Wilson sisters profiency on many different instruments. Ann plays the flute, guitar, bass guitar, drums, and piano on various Bebe songs in addition to her vocals. Nancy plays lead and rhythm guitar and piano, with occasional lead vocals. So,if you want to listen to some great music or just be introduced to Heart, buy Bebe le Strange today.
