Hilary Duff Rocks!

yeah.. I mainly did this b/c I LOVE hilary duff. She is awesome, and an awesome singer. A voice like no other. Like the song So Yesterday, which everyone knows.. they are all catchy! I also wanted to write this because Kevin messed up on the lyrics and thought she said something about drugs in the Party Up Song. Listen to teh song please. That really angered me. Hilary Duff does no such thing.
