Iced Earth - A Metal Hero

There aren't any other bands like Iced Earth out there. No band makes such a good blend of music between newer metal / hardcore bands and heavy influences of 80's heavy metal such as Iron Maiden. This is the kind of band many people have been waiting for, if they haven't discovered them yet in their 12 or so years of existence.

The album "Horror Show" is entirely involving epic content. The songs, all inspired by horror tales, Wolf, Damien, Jack, Im-Ho-Tep (Pharaohs Curse), Dragons Child, Jeckyl & Hyde, Frankenstein, Dracula, Phantom Of The Opera, and the bonus Iron Maiden cover Transylvania, all together create an interesting and well inspired album. Pick up this and you will like it, no matter what kind of music you listen to you will probably like this.
