i dont know what made me buy this cd...i guess i liked the cover... i hadnt even heard of Iced Earth before... well some things are just meant to happen, how many cds do u buy where u like every single track? this is a first...the power metal displayed is so pure, u cant stop hearing it. I love this cd i give it full points.. i rate the songs:
Wolf-10-just a powerfull masterpiece...great bass
Damien-9-very gothic and interesting vocals with backward messages
Jack-7-heavy...i like the early guitar
Ghost of Freedom-7-beautiful words and talent from barlow..the only soft song
ImHoTep-8-very egyptian and good guitar
Jeckyll & Hyde-8-gotta love iced earth
Dragons Child-8-i like everything about this song especially the chorus
Trnsylvania-8-UP THE IRONS!!!!
Frankenstein-7.5-a nice lead up to dracula
Dracula-9.5-amazing vocals...i think the entire band is singing lol
The Phantom Opera Ghost-10-now THIS is better than the evanesance style duet!!!! the girls voice is amazing and the line by line effect is catchy..one ofthe best song on the album.
IF YOUR INTO POWERMETAL---GO FOR IT...if u like iced earth...check out Blind Guardian...awesome stuff..POWER ON!
