New Jamiroquai Album is the best since Space Cowboy!

This is the mature Jamiroquai album we've all been waiting for! For all Jamiroquai fans, you will not be disappointed by this fantastic work. I know you know what I mean when I say "mature," because in the past, although previous albums have been great (including 1994's "Space Cowboy," the Jamiroquai album all are compared to), many were never albums where you could say, "yeah, every song is excellent," and we would have to skip those songs that didn't quite work. Well on this album, JK tries to rise above his breakup and the disappointment of the last album to come back with an inspired piece of dance soul funk. Coming in at a trim 44 minutes, JK has unleased a lean 10 song album where each track is perfect and emmaculately produced. From the straight up drum sequenced house of the opening song, "Feels so Good," to the Bill Withers inspired "You give me something," to the heavy metal guitar funk out of "Stop, don't panic," this is Jamiroquai's most studied album, and I think the best effort yet for the group to finally strike a balance between the old skool funk and new skool dance electronica which the previous two albums seemed to miss. If you are a Jamiroquai fan, and were a little dismayed by the last two efforts, I promise you, with "Funk Odyssey," they are back, better than ever!
