(10/10)After many classic albums, Jay-Z decided to leave the game with one final album. Not his best, but it still is classic. It has good beats, and some hits like 99 Problems,Encore,Change Clothes,ect. and has great production and lyrics, which makes this an overall 4.5 star album.
