JEW-- One of my new favorite bands!

I hardly ever write reviews, but I just had to write one for this CD. I never used to think I liked punk (i.e. sum 41, blink182, etc...) but this band has opened a whole new world for me! I've been listening to it since I got it almost a week ago. It has some of the most beautiful and melodic, yet not ballad-ish songs you'll hear for a long time. What I mean by not ballad-ish is that a lot of the beautiful songs out there are slow, but these are rock songs with gorgeous harmonies and chords that are thoroughly addictive! It energizes you and relaxes you at the same time... their sound is very reminiscent of Vertical Horizon (another one of my absolute faves!) and I think any fan of them would LOVE JEW. They are fantastic. A few of my favorites are (even though it's really tough to choose) are Lucky Denver Mint, For Me This is Heaven and Sunday! Do yourself a favor and BUY THIS CD! You won't regret it!
